Downtown Fort Worth is only 17.5 miles by ground transportation from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). This is one of the busiest airports in the nation, with service to 191 destinations and an average of 2,000 flights daily. DFW Airport is continually adding direct flights from many international cities, making it easier to visit the “City of Cowboys and Culture.”

Driving Directions from DFW Airport to Downtown. Take the South exit from DFW International Airport to Highway 183 West to Fort Worth. Highway 183 will turn into Highway 121; follow the signs to Downtown Fort Worth.

Molly the Trolley

Molly the Trolley is a vintage-style trolley that offers a free, quick and convenient way to travel throughout the downtown area. The Downtown Get Around is a free route from the Fort Worth Convention Center to Sundance Square, that stops near every downtown hotel property, landmark, dining, shopping and entertainment venue.

Molly runs every 15 minutes, 7 days a week from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. You can take Molly from downtown to the Stockyards National Historic District on Saturdays only for $1.75 one-way and $3.50 for a day pass.

Molly also serves The T’s Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC), providing passengers access to commuter rail, Amtrak, inner-city and inter-state bus service and rental car services.
