About

The AIC Annual Forum is a yearly construction conference hosted by the American Institute of Constructors.  Each year professionals from across the country attend the Annual Forum to hear from industry experts on the latest in construction management practices.  The Annual Forum also provides many networking opportunities for individuals looking to expand their professional network.  The 2015 Forum is making it’s way to the Hilton Hotel in Ft. Worth, TX. New this year includes additional educational sessions and a Collegiate Ethics Competition with several university teams competing.

The 2015 Annual Forum is April 13-16, 2015 at the Hilton Hotel in Ft. Worth, TX.

Annual Forum Theme and Content

The 2015 Annual Forum theme is “Lean and Green Construction.”  Attendees will hear from industry experts on the latest in Lean and Green Construction practices.  Speakers include professionals from many of the leading construction companies in the world, including: Turner Construction, Balfour Beatty, and Sundt Construction.  In addition, we will be holding the first Annual AIC Collegiate Ethics Competition and Ethics Panel.

Attendees who attend will have access to over 13 hours of Continuing Professional Development.

Who Attends?

The Annual Forum is an idea event for AIC Members, Certified Professional Constructors and Associate Constructors.  CPC’s can earn nearly half of their required recertification CPD Credits by attending.  This provides a very high return on investment for CPCs, as they can connect with fellow CPCs and earn the necessary CPDs needed to keep their certification in good standing.

In addition, attendees in the past have included construction professionals such as; general contractors, construction managers, project managers, superintendents, assistant project managers, estimators, and executives of small to large construction companies.

What Else?

The Annual Forum has great content and speakers, but it also has tons of fun for attendees and their guests.  Here is a bit more about what else we have planned outside of the session rooms.

  • Tour of AT&T Stadium (Space is limited, Be sure to select this tour when registering!)
  • An afternoon exploring the Historic Stockyards and watching the Ft. Worth Herd Cattle Drive
  • Special Networking Reception in the Historic Stockyards
