Stewart Trapino found his passion for organizational change working on his first consulting project in Cape Town, South Africa.  Mr. Nelson Mandela had just taken office and with his arrival came the justified end of apartheid.  Global competition was inevitable.  His love for Lean came later in his career when he worked for a manufacturer of oil and gas equipment.  Today, Stewart facilitates the continuous improvement of Linbeck’s Lean Operating System.  He also spurs industry-wide change by chairing the AGC’s Lean Education Program and LCI Houston Chapter.  Stewart holds an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX.
